A Merry Heart Doeth Good Recently I ventured way up to the north tip of New Zealand with Rachel Svenson and Craig Clews. Our first village to canvass was Tehapiia. A lady answered the door looking rather gruff. She said, “The trouble with health these days is that it’s too expensive.” I quickly said with a smile, “Exercise is free, it’s up to you. Sunshine costs nothing. Fresh air and water are a gift. A merry heart doeth good like medicine.” “Come in, here mai,” she said. We had a good chat, and she told me she had just lost her job for smacking a child. I said, “Pray for your persecutors and those who are judging you and leave it up to the Lord.” We had prayer together and she signed up for the Family Lifestyle Series and the Stamply Bible. By this time Rachel had arrived and we had another prayer with her, and then exited feeling on top of the world.
