Life without Limits

In November 2007 the Review and Herald Publishing Association released Life Without Limits, the missionary book for 2008. Written by Clifford Goldstein, the book takes on some of life’s biggest questions and offers answers that will change people’s lives. It also features, in a thought-provoking way, the most important beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The book was produced in two versions: a deluxe hard cover version with a dust-jacket to be used as a gift, and an abridged paperback version for mass distribution.

On November 27 Life Without Limits was dedicated to the Lord’s ministry in a special chapel program at the General Conference Headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland. Elder Ted Wilson, GC General Vice President, presented a short message to the GC employees about the importance and power of the printed page. “Most Adventists can trace their Adventist roots back to a book that was shared by a neighbor or literature evangelist,” he said. Alvin Kibble, NAD Vice President, led out in the prayer of dedication. Inspired to share this book, General Conference employees purchased almost 1,800 books to share with their relatives, friends, and neighbors.

The Review and Herald, working with Hope Channel, has produced a DVD to be shown in the churches of North America. This testimonial DVD, featuring leaders in our church, encourages members to share Life Without Limits with their neighbors. The campaign also includes sending flyers to each of the churches.

The printed page is one of the most powerful witnessing tools of our church. The Review and Herald is encouraging every member in North America to participate in sharing Life Without Limits and to make a difference through the means of the printed page.
